Metaplace Forums
For those who don’t know, the Metaplace Forums are live now.
It’s nice to see familiar faces from SWG and even UO popping up in there. 🙂
This is the catch-all category for stuff about games and game design. It easily makes up the vast majority of the site’s content. If you are looking for something specific, I highly recommend looking into the tags used on the site instead. They can narrow down the hunt immensely.

Next Generation has a snippet of interview from a much lengthier piece that will be in an upcoming issue of Edge in the UK. In it I talk about the DS game I am currently playing, the origami-folding thing I picked up at Narita Airport, as well as discussing “the chocolate cake metaphor.”
While here at Virtual Worlds Fall, I ran into Prokofy Neva, who asked “whatever happened to that GoPets initiative to come up with a rights document?”
Well, the answer, I believe, is over at BetterEULA, where a Wiki has been set up to do research, work on drafts, and so on.
Steve Crews from MMOGamer came down to the office a week or so ago with questions, and I think I stunned him with the verbosity of my answers. 🙂 He has both transcript and audio of the hour’s worth of conversation.
