Well, the Front Line Award winners have been announced, and A Theory of Fun lost out to Audio for Games: Planning, Process, and Production, by Alexander Brandon, which sounds like an eminently practical book, unlike mine. 🙂

    Now is the year we don’t treat audio as a bastard stepchild in gaming??? Couldn’t we have waited one more year?

    Oh well – I’m biased of course. We’ll have to wait for the next book to win.
