Stratics has put up a lengthy interview with me that is less about Areae and more about how I got there, if that makes sense. Given that it’s Christmas Day, nobody is here online to read it, but maybe tomorrow, when you’re bored with all your presents. 😉

Speaking of which, I am leaving the computer again.

  7. You are the man raph!!! I Wish you could command a team and develop another mmorpg(a mix of UO and SWG hehe). Big fan of your work here (ohh! you are very popular in Brazil too btw.)

    I agree with Abalieno, your life (especially childhood), was quite unique. I wonder when I will venture further west than Pennsylvania or further south than Maryland.

    On the other hand, having the internet and virtual worlds has allowed me to find friends from every corner of the globe, all from the comfort of lovable New Jersey. That’s Real friends, for the record.

  9. I think all the emotions are real, and it can be overwhelming, just as much as losing someone in real life. No, scratch that. You DID lose someone in real life, is the thing.

    Heh. This debate always makes me giggle. In one of those MySpace chain surveys, a friend of mine had the question “How many of your Top Eight friends do you know in real life?” Her response said it all: “MySpace isn’t real?”
