1. Porkchops with applesauce & white rice
2. Paella — not seafood ones, though
3. Sausage (almost any sort)

1. Water (really!)
2. Most any rum-based tropical drink. Living in the Caribbean does that to you.
3. Black Russian
4. Hazelnut latte

Four places I would rather be right now:

1. A Caribbean beach
2. Barnes & Noble in Manhattan
3. The Kerrville Folk Festival
4. Asleep
