  1. It occurred to me when I discovered of her passing earlier today that a ‘wrinkle in time’ seemed like a very apt metaphor for physical existence. She most certainly did rock and the folds she left in my mind will most certainly carry on there

  2. A Wrinkle in Time: One of the creepiest books I’ve ever read, due primarily to the vision of robotic conformity… and somehow at the same time reassuring, in that the conformity was imposed from without.

    I didn’t think about it at the time, but one of the messages I got was that sometimes adults/societies are wrong when trying to impose rules and regulate behavior.

    I really should go back sometime and reread it.
