A new video subgenre
Basically, videos that show you real-world re-enactments of what virtual activities are like.
Like, say, this one for Second Life. 🙂

Well, while I’m not entirely sure how new I’d call them… But, definitely funny regardless. 🙂
By the way, Raph, you can put an EM tag inside the Anchor tag. 😛 Like so: heeeere’s Google.
It’s like the new LARPing! Or something. They need to dress more outlandishly, though.
It’s the opposite of machinima!
Personally, I saw the video as a series of bug reports about SL; they need to improve their avatar movement/avoidance.
Also see RealFrogger, involving a re-enactment of Frogger with a remote-controlled, green-clad Roomba. From the balcony of the Austin Driskill, it looked remarkably like the video game. No crocodiles, though.
Don’t forget the classic old “Lighting bolt!” live action Dungeons & Dragons video…

That video is awesome, thanks for linking it Raph!
Did everybody notice the sign CREATE OR DIE on the wall in the office where the human avatars were all typing in a group?
