A much better Harvest Festival
The drums were driving me nuts, so I axed ’em, and resurrected the trumpets. I think it’s much more listenable now…

Ooh, that’s way better. I’d listen to that a second time; I couldn’t do so for the first one.
Yeah — so one thing I need to stop doing is work for multiple hours straight on something until I lose my “ear” and then post it anyway. 🙂
I like the other one. Its unsettleing in a good way. Complex.
I like the previous version. This one is messy, noisy, and makes my ears bleed. Okay, not that bad.
You seem to have boosted the volume of the trumpets in this version to the point where they’re overbearing, which I think completely obliterates the chill and relaxed feel that you had. I have to admit, when I first listened to this track, the “horns in my ear” sound caused me to go to another website. No joke. 😉
Yeah, the drums aren’t the best, but they do provide direction. I’d just lower their volume to an ambient level.
