Mac vs PC? No, SL vs There
You can blame Fresh Hell for the pointer.

Clever ad. I’ve never seen the lack of sex used as a selling point.
Two questions:
1) What does the SL character’s shirt say? I can read, “What the hell is ???”
2) Why is the SL character dark skinned?
haha…um uh….Im going to run away now…
classic
So in this ad the There guy is the Mac guy? Kind of funny considering There is no There client for the Mac, is there?
I think it’s pretty well done. I thought it interesting they gave the SL avatar a “voice”. Kinda makes sense given the odd “keyboarding” anim he does, but they could have played up the fact that SL doesn’t have built in voice comms.
I also wonder if the creator is aware that the Mac guy may be losing ground to the PC guy in popularity. I kinda like the PC guy myself. He’s seems so harmless.
On the 20th second, it looks like “Michi Lumin” is the name on the t-shirt.
I’d log into There again if I could remember my account name. It’s not mentioned in any email from There at all, not in my initial signup, nor any of the transaction notices from when I bought outfit stuff.
I don’t know who I am in There any more.
SL calls me by name almost every time, handy for the easily distracted.
