This is the procedural, watercolor, impressionistic, one-man-band experimental MMO. You can see a video of it in action here.

  1. Is it okay that even after watching the video, i have no idea what is going on?

“You can build this – this is a radio” (ORLY?) “And what you can do with that is press a number key on your keyboard to add it to one of your inventory slots.”

    i .. what?

    It’s “experimental.”

That’s exactly why I love it, haha

  5. This was gorgeous. Hope to explore it a bit.

  6. It reminds me of a game from the early-90s called Myst where you’d kinda walk around and be amazed at the tremendous 3d world (“look a potted plant.. an alien weird 3d imaginary world potted plant”). True Myst wasn’t very exciting by today’s standards but the idea that you could create an entire world using high-end (for the time) computer graphics and then wander around in it was seen as amazing, crazy, astounding. Wow I feel old.

  7. After a the saddest breakup ever today in the morning, I found out that love won’t work under wine. rm -rf love

  8. Love is definitely on my “to-do” list. The MMO, I mean. Well, not just the MMO…

It is… interesting to do a web search for information on this game. A more distinctive title would be helpful. World of Lovecraft? Oh wait, no, entirely wrong associations. Never mind.

But kudos to the developer for a game that is, at least visually, utterly unlike anything else out there.
