We've still got issues with grinding (and the resultant draw for Achiever, min-maxer players), though we've been working on it, finding ways to encourage the Socializers and Explorers. People seem to be rating based on fond remembrance - though they'd likely never go back to those kinds of games. I think that's why there's such a skew toward 'firsts' and 'promise'. The effect of "my first" on the rankings. The lost dreams inherent in some of the descriptions. As far as contributing... I was involved in some capacity with half of the top ten at some point during their lives, and several more down the list. I felt like recusal was probably wisest.
