A curious game
The only winning move is not to play
What is strange to me is that he picks up a turtle shell at one point.. Which as far as I know requires you to hold the run button? Maybe because it’s a modified version of the game?
Also you have to press b to get rid of the message box.
Amazing nonetheless.
I was wondering the same thing, Markimedes. Perhaps the B button is being held down for the duration of the video? That might also explain the message box disappearing.

The text near the end tells you to start holding down the b button after going down the pipe. Before that, no buttons need be pressed.
Thanks, Joe. That makes it a bit like one of the interactive cut-scenes in Shenmue or Resident Evil 4. PRESS AND HOLD B!!
